• Safety oriented – must be able to identify energy sources in order to disable and verify safe through LOTO or other means. Must understand all site hazards and mitigate risk

• Develop and support manufacturing processes from concept through serial production
• Conduct trials, testing, and report results to Engineering
• Assist with factory layout and simulation, including line balancing, capacity modeling, automation, and yield studies

• Oversee installation and commissioning of new lines, ensuring process performance through statistical tools (e.g., GR&R, SPC)

• Primary responsibility is to keep manufacturing lines running
