They work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and bring new products to market. They also conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for new product development.
PMs are the "CEOs" of their products, they are responsible for creating and communicating a product vision, setting and achieving product goals and objectives, and driving the product strategy and roadmap. They work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, define and track metrics to measure success, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance. They also have to work closely with the development team, making sure that the product is delivered on time and on budget.
