The impact you'll have in this role

  • Advise customers on the installation of vinyl and other graphic products, providing technical support when required. Using and leveraging CRM.

  • Travel within the western area of Mexico as needed to visit customers and prospects.

The impact you will make in this role

As a Customer Service Rep for Pricing USA & Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate compilation, organization, and reconciliation of pricing data between multiple systems utilized by 3M GSC and 3M subsidiaries. In this role, you will maintain and enhance pricing applications, coordinate updates, manage requests, and support business groups within Customer Operations. You will also create price reports and perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.

You will make an impact by:

  • Create and maintain Deviated and Standard Prices in our systems based on the process governance and playbooks

  • Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.

  • Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.

  • Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.

  • Demonstrate problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills, make suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.

  • Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.
