Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Support the Omnichannel Marketing Manager with marketing activities across designated markets.
  • Handle the preparation and execution of marketing communication materials for product campaigns, promotions, consumer activations, and events in collaboration with suppliers and agencies.
  • Support campaign planning and execution (offline & online) with a strong focus on consumer journey.
  • Proactively seek creative solutions to drive sell-through and ensure strong adidas brand presentation according to set KPIs.
  • Prepare campaign asset proposals based on global toolkits, adapting them to client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with agencies on the localization of campaign materials (online & offline), acting as the main point of contact for formats, deliveries, and ad hoc requests.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Support the Omnichannel Marketing Manager with operational and administrative tasks, including finance operations and the product ordering process.
  • Daily work in SAP: manage marketing product orders, monitor order status, oversee deliveries, and ensure logistics (tracking, accelerating shipments, dispatching to agencies).
  • Event & Activation Support
  • Support activation activities for store openings and confirmed events.
