Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess the impact and risk of changes to existing or new systems and business processes that affect GMDT (Global Medical Device Tracking) and/or downstream systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and processes being examined. This includes process improvement and reengineering projects.
  • Drive end-to-end process optimization across business functions and regions, applying continuous improvement initiatives and operational/functional excellence.
  • Represent Device Tracking & Medical Records in cross-functional system projects.
  • Create requirements and execute test scenarios for changes related to GMDT and/or upstream systems.
  • Create, edit, and modify SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), training documents, and work instructions.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in the medical device industry

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as GMDT, SAP, Salesforce, Jira, and/or Windchill.
  • Knowledge of data cleansing and analysis techniques
  • Experience with Oracle SQL Developer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the impact and risk of changes to existing or new systems and business processes
  • Proficiency in process improvement and reengineering projects, with the ability to drive end-to-end process optimization across business functions and regions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent Device Tracking & Medical Records in cross-functional system projects
  • Experience in creating requirements and executing test scenarios for changes related to GMDT and/or upstream systems
  • Ability to create, edit, and modify SOPs, training documents, and work instructions
  • An understanding of FDA regulations, specifically 21 CFR Part 821, which mandates the tracking of medical devices

Maximum Salary: $ 110500

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
