This job involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance the quality and effectiveness of business processes. The Sr Analyst analyzes existing workflows to identify improvement areas and proposes alternative solutions. They oversee team performance, prioritize tasks, and conduct independent research to inform strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of process management and the ability to influence project outcomes effectively.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify enablement needs across new product initiatives, launches, and platform modernization efforts.
  • Drive intake, documentation, and validation of Finance requirements for new products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to ensure Finance requirements are embedded early in the product lifecycle.
  • Lead the coordination of business requirement inputs across Finance functions and contribute to process standardization efforts.
  • Support Finance alignment for M&A integrations, including onboarding to internal tooling and visibility into flow-of-funds and accounting impact.
  • Contribute to portfolio prioritization and capacity planning efforts, including intake validation, delivery tracking, and risk escalation.
  • Participate in Finance pre-alignment discussions to assess product readiness and support structured execution planning.
  • Identify and document process improvement opportunities across financial systems, data workflows, and stakeholder engagement models.
  • Assist with documentation, training, and enablement tools to reinforce scalable delivery of finance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 5–8 years of experience in product finance, strategy, fintech, payments, or cross-functional program management within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Proven track record in driving complex product launches with embedded finance, risk, or compliance requirements.

  • Deep understanding of financial infrastructure

  • Experience navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks related to payments, crypto, or global financial products.

  • Strong familiarity with product lifecycle processes, including new product intake, BRDs, change management, and go-to-market readiness.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate finance and risk requirements into actionable execution plans for product and engineering teams.

  • Effective communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and managing competing priorities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence), with an ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.

  • Ability to triage and prioritize initiatives across multiple business units
