Your role:

• Manufacturing Engineering : Oversee and manage manufacturing test processes to ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Process Validation : Conduct and manage process validation activities.
• Windchill Subject Matter Expert : Help teams resolve business rule errors and maintain product manager access to ensure smooth change requests
• Project Management : Lead and manage various engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Cost Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Process Optimization or equivalent.
• You have 8+ years of experience if you have a vocational education
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

The pay range for this position in PA is $67,500 to $108,000.
