As a Vice President, Operations Lead within JP Morgan Payments, you will have a unique opportunity to enhance the operational framework of our global Merchant Services business. You will promote the adoption of CRM systems, optimize processes, and shape global pipeline management. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive CRM adoption and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage CRM systems and operational tools to track, manage, and analyze processes.
  • Influence global pipeline management and deliver critical business insights through advanced reporting.
  • Analyze operational metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of lead generation and strategic campaigns through operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize operational efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • 5 years+ experience in operations, CRM management, or process optimization, with a track record of success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and operational tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and services, with a payments background.
  • Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Uses sound judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet strategic objectives; able to identify and recommend appropriate alternatives when traditional solutions do not apply.
  • Knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools, familiarity with automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative operational strategies.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
