We ensure the right people and resources are in place to deliverambitions. This includes supporting hiring, headcount planning, and early-in-career programs; partnering with HR/People Ops on workforce planning, performance, and employee experience; and driving space and resource planning. We manage budgets in partnership with Finance,reporting cadences (quarterly budgets, forecasts, cost allocations), and use data and scenario planning to inform decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, businessmanagementor finance role, preferably with technology/software engineering teams.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, businessmanagement
  • 4+ years of experience designing and building financial models to evaluate new products,featuresor business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to story-tell business and financial analytics and reports to audiences spanning multiple disciplines & seniority levels, including senior executives
  • desiredresults, and managing risk
  • Demonstrated organizational skills through your experience institutionalizing them across a team through process or system changes.
  • Ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of stakeholders
  • Operate consistently, accurately with high integrity and efficiency.
  • proficiencyin Excel, MS Office applications, and Business Intelligence applications such as Power BI, Analysis and reporting systems or tools.

As Chief of Staff, you will report to the Head of Operations of theOrganization.


Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with theCoreAIleadership and their teams, key partners,and other Chief of Staff in the wider organization as well as our partners in finance, recruiting, and procurement.
  • Support theCoreAIteam, be an advocate for team health, team culture, be the connective tissue across all our v-teams.

  • AIto reimagine and streamline business processes, driving automation, efficiency, and data-informed decision-making across functions.
  • Support and execute on the team’s ROB, working to streamline the current approach.

  • Create a monthly expense overview (budget vs forecast ofCoreAIresources budget)
