As a Business Management Specialist, you will supporand people initiatives, andwith special projects and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+years experienceinfinancial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in operational supportand execution for strategic cross-organizational programs

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 5+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
  • OR equivalent experience.

• You’llalso support plans to carry out continuous business operations in both normal and adverse conditions.
• Supportmultiple components of the annual budget processto ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to create and implement strategy execution plans, while following best practices.
• Monitor and contributeto initiatives focused on organizational health, as well as by partnering withkey stakeholderson cultural initiatives.
• Operational supportand execution for strategic cross-organizational programs and planning efforts.You’llalso engage in project management efforts.
