What we expect from you?- Bachelor's or master’s Degree in HR, economics, or other related
- 3 years relevant working experience

Your responsibilities:- Take part in the whole recruitment process and coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
- Coordinating, preparing and publishing job advertisements
- Connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
- Interviewing candidates
- Assist in new hires onboarding process
- Organize and maintain personnel files of the employees and employee records in the internal HR system and on paper
- Participating in tasks connected to learning and development
- Actively participating in employer brand initiatives and other career activities and events
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues if necessary
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating the team members on progress
- Build strong internal relationships within the team and across other teams
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
