Deliver seasonal & annual Sales Targets aligned with the top & bottom-line expectations for the account in category level, contributing to Cluster agreed Targets
Manage (own) the product flow, setting objectives & tactics for achieving business plans jointly with the respective Line Manager aligned with Cluster & brand priorities
Monitor in-season sell-through performance to drive & maintain a sustainable pull-market model, maximizing re-orders opportunities
Provide frequent feedback & structure action plans (where applicable) for the accounts on the seasonal sell-through performance
Monitor & secure the agreed conversion of seasonal business on hand
Monitor & secure the agreed contractual DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Build partnership, listening & understanding customers’ needs with clear focus on maintaining long-term relationship with key decision makers on highest possible level
Skills you’ll need:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales
Experience in consumer goods industry ideally in ftw/apparel/performance/fashion or FMCG
Fluency in English & local language written & spoken
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
Strong communication skills as well as strong ability to influence & negotiate
Strong methodological skills, especially data analysis, business planning & problem-solving attitude
Good understanding of Digital eCommerce marketplace, Consumer trends & opportunities
