As a Senior Consultant in our risk team, you will act as a key member in advisory projects, assisting Engagement Managers to deliver the quality services, timely complete the projects as planned in a cost effective manner.

Internal trainings will be continuously held to get you updated to the latest risk management practices and statutory regulations.

About you

In your role as a Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Serve as a senior member in risk advisory projects, supporting the Engagement Manager in project oversight and execution.
  • Lead or co-lead client meetings at working level throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Prepare project deliverables in accordance with the scope of work, covering various credit and credit risk management services, including:
  • Credit risk model development and validation
  • Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)
  • Credit risk RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) calculation
  • Credit risk data analysis and management
  • Develop presentation materials and workshop documentation to support client engagements.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and approach notes for new opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain standardized documentation practices across projects.
  • Continuously build industry knowledge and insights through diverse project experiences.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Proactively recognize and suggest additional services that may benefit clients.

We’re looking for people with the following experience/ qualifications:

  • At least 4 years in banking / finance with experience in banking, specializing in credit model development/ validation, and/or RWA calculation, and/or Basel II/Basle III compliance etc.
  • Bachelor or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, VBA etc.
  • Database and programming knowledge and exposures in the use of various tools such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, etc., should be a privilege
  • Has sound business mind and shows tangible customer orientation
  • Has the ability to think analytically and logically and to analyze problems with the aim of implementing practical solutions
  • Is pro-active, takes initiative and radiates confidence
  • Is a team player who has the necessary feeling and spirit to be able to approach and work together with people

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key resource on business transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to provide quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the execution of diverse consulting engagements, including but not limited to HR Consulting, Rewards Design & Development, and HR Transactions. This includes developing high-quality client deliverables and participating in client workshops and stakeholder meetings to support effective solution design and implementation.
  • Lead or support the Project Manager in managing key project activities such as planning, status tracking, risk management, and reporting, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across assigned workstreams.
  • Support business development by preparing proposals and thought leadership materials, maintaining client relationships, and proactively identifying potential opportunities in the market.

Design Phase:

  • Ability to convince clients to make key design decisions (eg: one common chart of accounts OR decentralized chart of accounts)
  • Ability to provide SAP or non-SAP solutions to unique problems / business scenarios based on your experience with other companies in same or other industries.
  • Ability to prepare deliverables such as blueprint documentations, change impact assessment, Fit/Gap analysis, etc. and obtain sign-offs

Build Phase:

  • Ability to educate clients on SAP configuration needs for them to provide SPRO values

Deployment:

Post Go-live:
