Key Responsibilities:

  • withcross-functional teams, inclusive ofProduct Development,Commercial,Marketing,Revops, and Salesteamsand moreto ensure seamless execution of commercialization plans in the U.S.

  • product successteams to support the implementation of consistent go-to-market frameworks across all Business Units

  • Gather andconsolidatefeedback from sellers to enhance product readiness and drive improvements.

  • Maintain an overview of product readiness acrossdifferent phases(Alpha, Beta, General Availability) to generate excitement and demand.

  • Drive central operational leverage for USGtMoperations teams through centralizing, measuring, and automating high impact process

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes to ensure operational consistency.

  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • opportunities for process improvements in the commercialization workflow and suggest actionable solutions.

  • Drive large and complexworkstreams that impact our ability to reach and engage our customersina manner that is optimized for our market.

  • Qualifications:

  • 6+ yearsof experience inConsulting, Sales Operations, Strategic Planning, or Business Operationsroles, preferably in fintech or related industries

  • Strong organizational skills,attention to detail

  • Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional projects from start to finishin a highly cross-functionalenvironmentStrongstakeholder management skills and comfortabl

  • Experience in excel, PowerPoint, and/or tools to manage and articulateobjectivesand outcomes

  • Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales processes

  • Project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-function teams towards a common goal.

  • Strong communicationskills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively

  • Experience working in an innovative, performance focused, and fast paced environment

  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask

  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to use data to inform decisionsand navigate from big picture to operational tactic
