As a You will report directly to our Sales Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Kuala Lumpur location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by ensuring smooth sales operations, improving sales productivity, and providing valuable insights to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the deployment, execution, and governance of sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive deep analytics for the voice team utilizing tableau reports, data mining, and CRM data
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Experience in the industrial automation industry
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
