Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clear documentation of processes and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications:
6+ yearsof experience inConsulting, Sales Operations, Strategic Planning, or Business Operationsroles, preferably in fintech or related industries
Strong organizational skills,attention to detail
Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional projects from start to finishin a highly cross-functionalenvironmentStrongstakeholder management skills and comfortabl
Experience in excel, PowerPoint, and/or tools to manage and articulateobjectivesand outcomes
Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies and sales processes
Project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-function teams towards a common goal.
Strong communicationskills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
Experience working in an innovative, performance focused, and fast paced environment
Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
Analytical mindset with a willingness to use data to inform decisionsand navigate from big picture to operational tactic
