Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and optimise end-to-end product development plans across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications:

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Systems.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, shared services, or GBS leadership.
• Proven success in driving digital finance initiatives (e.g., AI/ML-based reporting, RPA, cloud finance platforms).
• Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
