What you’ll be doing:
- Recruiting Coordination
- Schedule all interviews for the Global Recruitment team.
- Maintain and develop an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates who go through our interview process.
- Build and update interview plans and scorecards for all global roles in Greenhouse, ensuring equity across our hiring process.
- Update and improve templates used by the Global Recruitment team for candidate communication, offer letters, and more.
- HR Systems + Processes
- Responsible for managing full onboarding / offboarding + existing employee data change process on all HR systems for Forter.
- Managing background check process for all new hires
- I-9 verification process management
- Partner closely with HR Ops, Recruiting, People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and other teams as needed for HR related projects.
- Owner of employment verifications process.
- Support with ad-hoc people operations projects, as needed.
- Auditing
- Quarterly audits for new hire employee handbook acknowledgment and new hire training completion + launching the training in the backend for annual renewal for existing employees.
- Immigration + Internal Mobility
- Support immigration processing and immigration related operations related to onboarding (if we have H-1B transfers or for intra-company transfers / relocations, etc).
- Support internal mobility process partnering with people partners on the recruitment and operations side.
What you’ll need:
- Prior experience in Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, and/or similar function is preferred.
- Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Time-management skills combined with attention to detail.
- Passion for excellent service; continually learning new skills and concepts; participation in Forter internal learning opportunities.
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Positive attitude with an inquisitive approach.

Hybrid work:
Base Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
