Requirements- At least 6 months of experience in full-cycle recruiting coordination in a high-volume company.
- Drive to go above and beyond expectations, demonstrating excellent time management skills, prioritization skills, and organization skills.
- Process-oriented with an organized and efficient approach to daily tasks.
- Ability to represent the company well to candidates, communicating with warmth, kindness, and sensitivity.
- A high sense of urgency in completing tasks without compromising on attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Eagerness to develop and learn.
