  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience during the interview process by delivering timely communication and updates
  • Take ownership of the candidates' interview process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Schedule multiple interviews with candidates with urgency and care; coordinate all details of the interviews.
  • Managing the ATS and recruitment databases
  • Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with various administrative tasks

Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in full-cycle recruiting coordination in a high-volume company.
  • Drive to go above and beyond expectations, demonstrating excellent time management skills, prioritization skills, and organization skills.
  • Process-oriented with an organized and efficient approach to daily tasks.
  • Ability to represent the company well to candidates, communicating with warmth, kindness, and sensitivity.
  • A high sense of urgency in completing tasks without compromising on attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Eagerness to develop and learn.
