Job responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of communication and data flow throughout the recruitment process including end-to-end recruitment process management, proactive communication, and interaction with onboarding specialist teams
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through interview and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers/Agencies/Recruiters and candidates
  • Maintain multiple channels of communication to ensure Recruiters / Hiring Managers / Candidates / preferred Recruitment Suppliers are working in partnership throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage and Maintain accurate and detailed data within HR systems
  • Produce complex metrics and reports for the team and department as required
  • Work closely with the broader recruitment team to offer support and proactively manage priorities within the team
  • Offer sound guidance as needed on the recruitment process to ensure expectations are managed appropriately
  • Provide additional administrative support on adhoc projects/tasks as required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or other HR related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal (telephone and in-person) communication skills
  • Good command of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a fast paced, high volume corporate environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent time management and co-ordination skills - ability to prioritise workloads to ensure end-to-end delivery
  • Innovative and pro-active - takes initiative and shares ideas across the team, constantly looking to implement improvement to current processes and methods
  • Accountable – takes ownership of projects, processes and problems and drives solutions
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
  • Strong team player with a natural sense of urgency
  • Confident user of MS Office packages and applicant tracking systems
