Manage high volumes of communication and data flow throughout the recruitment process including end-to-end recruitment process management, proactive communication, and interaction with onboarding specialist teams
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through interview and onboarding processes
Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers/Agencies/Recruiters and candidates
Maintain multiple channels of communication to ensure Recruiters / Hiring Managers / Candidates / preferred Recruitment Suppliers are working in partnership throughout the recruitment process
Manage and Maintain accurate and detailed data within HR systems
Produce complex metrics and reports for the team and department as required
Work closely with the broader recruitment team to offer support and proactively manage priorities within the team
Offer sound guidance as needed on the recruitment process to ensure expectations are managed appropriately
Provide additional administrative support on adhoc projects/tasks as required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or other HR related field
Exceptional written and verbal (telephone and in-person) communication skills
Good command of Excel
Demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities in a fast paced, high volume corporate environment
Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to work
Excellent time management and co-ordination skills - ability to prioritise workloads to ensure end-to-end delivery
Innovative and pro-active - takes initiative and shares ideas across the team, constantly looking to implement improvement to current processes and methods
