Your impact
  • Cooperate closely with Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews
  • Provide candidates with interview preparation information (schedule, location map, contact information, etc.)
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert within activities supported in the region
  • Recruitment Sourcing Processes support
  • Manage requisitions creation, job posting and offer extension
  • Ensure compliance with all Jacobs Standard Operating Procedures, relevant employment law and regulations
  • Support all required administrative and operational activities within recruitment process.
Here's what you'll need
  • Experience working in a professional environment in HR/TA
  • Experienced in supporting a large team of recruiters and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
  • Strong planning and organizational skills (attention to detail)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
