What You’ll Do
  • Vehicle Delivery Management: Oversee the entire delivery process, from vehicle arrival and preparation to final handover to customers.
  • Vehicle Preparation Coordination: Manage all aspects of vehicle readiness, including inspection, yard management, washing, and preparation for delivery.
  • Local Delivery Supervision: Lead and supervise local delivery operations, adjusting strategies based on delivery volume.
  • Sales & Delivery Tasks: Coordinate day-to-day sales and delivery activities, including fleet management, team planning, and B2B events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to managers at the Tesla location.
  • Delivery Sequencing: Ensure vehicles are prepared and delivery days are well-organized, addressing any pre-delivery issues promptly.
  • Dispatch Management: Organize and oversee direct/home deliveries.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales & Delivery, Logistics, and Service teams to enhance operations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery experiences.
  • Revenue and Payment Support: Assist in tracking vehicle revenue recognition and final payment collection in coordination with Inside Sales & Delivery.
  • Task and Team Management: Monitor task completion, team utilization, staffing plans, and training needs.
  • Issue Tracking: Enter and track repair work or concerns through digital processes, ensuring timely completion.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve processes, tools, and training for the local team.
  • Inventory Management: Take inventory and order necessary supplies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • Fluency in Dutch & English.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
  • Technological proficiency with internal business systems and moderate MS Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative-driven, eager to learn, and creative thinker.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track tasks and deliverables.
  • Solid understanding of business processes.
  • Experience with vehicles is preferred.
  • Passion for the transportation industry's evolution.
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record in the country of application.
