As Senior Operations Coordinator (Used Cars), you are a high-performing, detail-oriented member of the Used Operations team and will play an integral role in expanding our Used Cars business in the Netherlands. You will ensure the seamless organization, coordination and execution of all day-to-day used car inventory related operations: i.e. intake, refurbishment, finished logistics and other relevant sales & delivery needs.

You are hands-on, a natural problem solver and data driven in your approach. You can operate independently, and in close cooperation with the Used, Sales and Delivery Leadership in your country.

• You will own the overall used inventory overview of your market from the point of used vehicles entering inventory, through to successfully transporting and listed for retail
• You will investigate issues and processes, identify constraints and root causes and work with various departments to identify improvements and drive solutions
• You will collaborate with local sales, service, and delivery teams to optimize cross-functional processes
• You will develop and optimize processes on all specialized used operational areas
• You will track & deliver towards key operations KPIs, including refurbishment time, delivery time, listing readiness, etc.
• You will manage escalations quickly and efficiently, developing processes and guardrails for success
• You will assist in the creation of business cases for initiatives that drive the Used Cars business forward
• You will support and/or lead Inventory related special projects
• You will resolve escalations with a solution-oriented approach

• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in complex operational environments
• Experience working with used vehicles / inventory is preferred
• You have the ability to identify and solve problems using data and you are highly proficient in Excel
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully handle situations with a high degree of versatility and complexity
• You have exceptional systems management skills, as well as an organizational talent with great attention to detail
• You have a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
• You area a self-starter who is goal-oriented, creative & highly motivated
• You maintain excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written
• Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying
• You are fluent in English and Dutch (preferred)
