What to Expect

As Used Car Sales Manager you will champion Used Car sales in the Netherlands by developing, tracking and driving used car sales performance and initiatives. You will have a deep understanding of all the steps of our customer journey as well as all our internal processes, which you will constantly monitor and improve. The Used Car Sales Manager will be hands-on and a key contributor to the success of the Netherlands used car business.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, train, develop, and support the Used sales team and strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a coherent user experience throughout the customer journey
  • Understand and continuously improve our internal used car sales processes aiming for simplification & efficiency
  • Own and consistently improve our used car listing / display quality
  • Develop, monitor, report, and action our Used Car sales performance metrics to continuously identify opportunities and drive sales performance across the Netherlands
  • Be a hands-on sales contributor and assist all relevant resources with escalations and sales issue resolution
  • Identify, own, and deploy used sales events to promote the Tesla CPO program and strategically drive used sales
  • Lead and coordinate weekly and quarterly used sales performance and planning reviews
What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience within retail sales, including multiple years in the automotive industry and substantial experience in used car sales
  • Strong leadership ability with people management experience
  • Hands-on problem solver with a data-driven, get-things-done attitude
  • Proven track record of setting, meeting, or exceeding sales targets
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources
  • Positivity, enthusiasm, and a passion towards the mission of Tesla
  • Fluency in Dutch & English
  • High level of travel across the Netherlands
