What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Develop and manage delivery programs and initiatives that align with the company’s overall delivery strategy and objectives, with a specific focus on customer experience, productivity / speed of delivery and cost optimisation
- Work closely with Delivery Teams in the markets, acting as the enabler of their succes and prioritise projects that bring impact to our day-to-day Delivery Operations on the ground
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for our back-end processes related to the fulfilment journey and/or vehicle operations
- Pro-actively analyse internal data, trends and feedback from teams involved in the holistic delivery journey to identify gaps and bottlenecks in our back-end operations
- Define program metrics and KPIs, track and report on program success and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Lead cross-functional delivery projects, ensuring that the timelines, milestones, and budgets are met
- Collaborate with Sales and Service to streamline the full end-to-end journey for Tesla customers
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects on time and in line with company goals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership
- Experience in field / market operations is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
