Develop and manage delivery programs and initiatives that align with the company’s overall delivery strategy and objectives, with a specific focus on customer experience, productivity / speed of delivery and cost optimisation
Work closely with Delivery Teams in the markets, acting as the enabler of their succes and prioritise projects that bring impact to our day-to-day Delivery Operations on the ground
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for our back-end processes related to the fulfilment journey and/or vehicle operations
Pro-actively analyse internal data, trends and feedback from teams involved in the holistic delivery journey to identify gaps and bottlenecks in our back-end operations
Define program metrics and KPIs, track and report on program success and provide regular updates to senior leadership
Lead cross-functional delivery projects, ensuring that the timelines, milestones, and budgets are met
Collaborate with Sales and Service to streamline the full end-to-end journey for Tesla customers
