Operate and maintain lab infrastructure — including racking, cabling, servers, networking, and cooling systems
Perform physical racking, stacking, cabling, and cooling infrastructure setup
Install and maintain liquid cooling systems for lab equipment, including manifold connections, cold plate maintenance, leak detection, and coolant management
Provide first-line support to internal engineering teams, translating technical requests into executable infrastructure tasks
Maintain structured inventory and asset tracking, ensuring efficient lab operations and hardware allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, DevOps) to enable seamless lab support and system deployment
Document and implement standard operating procedures, safety practices, and hardware lifecycle policies
Implement solutions for automated workflows, equipment monitoring, and lab performance analysis
What We Need to See:
Practical / BSc in Computer Science orElectrical/ElectronicEngineer
2+ years in infrastructure support, lab operations, or related hardware-based environments
Hands-on experience with liquid cooling technologies — installation, maintenance, and safety handling
Proficiency with Linux, bash scripting, and common IT troubleshooting methods
Familiarity with enterprise servers, networking gear, and servers management
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in independent work, prioritizing urgent tasks, and delivering under tight deadlines
Excellent English writing and oral communication skills
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience with NVIDIA platforms, DOCA, or DPU labs
Knowledge of lab automation, DevOps pipelines, or CI/CD integration in test environments
Experience with liquid-cooled high-density racks or data center thermal optimization
Familiarity with inventory management systems and hardware documentation tools
