Work closely with your Supervisor and Account managers to achieve our LFM pipeline goals
Conduct the daily pipeline management tasks including order accuracy audits, invoicing operations, delivery authorisations and automated email updates
Maintain our B2B mailboxes
Answer inbound communication coming from our leasing and corporate customers as well as brokers while meeting our response time SLAs
Support with queries regarding Tesla For Business portal, Driver Management and Tesla App
Ensure that all confirmed delivery appointments in the calendar are authorized by the leasing companies or brokers
Overlook our invoicing automation and ensure final invoices are generated and shared with our customers in a timely manner, prior to delivery
Ensure every vehicle is paid for within the agreed payment terms
Work cross-functionally with Direct Operations, B2B Sales Team, Stores, Vehicle Collection Points, Funding Team, Payments and IT
Identify system issues and report them to relevant teams or your Supervisor immediately
Educate Tesla colleagues from customer-facing departments about B2B orders, their rules of engagement and vehicle delivery requirements
Regularly collaborate with our Direct Operations Team to support clear expectation setting for drivers receiving vehicles via home delivery and to ensure that any changes requested by the leasing companies or brokers are applied to our home deliveries schedule
Constantly rethink our ways of working with a strong focus on automation, process simplification and excellent customer service
Advise the Account Managers on the trends and potential issues you may identify in their pipelines
