Position Overview:

As the Harmony Sales Team Leader Central Europe, you will be responsible for leading the Specialists sales team in the Central Europe region, focusing on our innovative Harmony Endpoint, Harmony Email and Collaboration, Harmony Mobile, XDR and SASE solutions. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the EMEA cybersecurity market to set the strategic direction, establish key relationships, and drive growth across the region.

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Harmony Suit of Services and SASE solutions in the Central Europe region
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales specialists, setting clear targets and expectations for performance
  • Work closely and align with Harmony EMEA sales leadership and organization
  • Develop an annual sales plan to achieve significant growth and execute it

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and target new opportunities for market expansion in Central Europe
  • Forge strong partnerships with Check Point Sales organization and key customers and partners, leveraging your network to drive growth

Product Expertise:

  • Develop a profound understanding of our Harmony Suite of Services and SASE solutions, staying informed about the latest features, capabilities, and competitive advantages
  • Convey the value propositions of these solutions to clients and inspire the sales team to do the same
  • Provide valuable feedback to the Product and R&D team about product acceptance, market trends, competitive landscape and roadmap priorities

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with key customers and partners to understand their cybersecurity requirements and challenges, providing tailored solutions
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with major customers, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Team Support:

  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to the sales team, helping them deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure the sales team can address technical questions and challenges effectively
  • Oversee Customer Success priorities and activities in Central Europe
  • Provide weekly accurate forecast and drive the funnel creation activities in Central Europe for the Harmony and SSE services.

Sales Metrics and Reporting:

  • Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Central Europe sales team
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging trends in the Central Europe cybersecurity market
  • Use market analysis to adjust sales strategies and offerings accordingly

Budget Management:

  • Oversee budget allocation for Central Europe operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and ROI
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • +10 years extensive experience in sales leadership roles, particularly in the Central Europe cybersecurity market
  • Track records in selling across Central Europe territory
  • +7 years of proven experience in selling cybersecurity SaaS solutions, with a deep understanding of Harmony Remote workforce security, especially in endpoint, SASE and/or email security
  • +3 year’s experience in Overlay sales leadership
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Effective Team Player
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics (CLARI) tools
  • Willingness to travel across the Central Europe region to meet with clients and team members
  • Relevant certifications and training in cybersecurity, sales leadership, or related fields
  • Language Skills: Native German, Fluent English
