Act as a trusted advisor and provide HR expertise, guidance, advice first line managers.
Provide guidance and advice to first line managers on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
Resolve employee relations matters from On- to Offboarding and promote employee development and retention
Partner with talent acquisition and hiring managers and support recruitment of top talents to meet the organization’s business needs and Headcount target
Act as an employer representative towards the workers Council and taking responsibility for assigned Works Council requests
Facilitate the performance management process, including priority/goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
Collaborate with HR Operations Team in our Head Quarter
Execution and Administration of all relevant HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Previous experience (5+ years) gained as an HR generalist
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and collaborate within cross-functional teams
Solution-oriented, cooperative approach with strong business accumen
