Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Implement consumer facing activities at retail and digital consumer touchpoint, across fashion Lifestyle Account distribution channel in EE. Help to
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the EE Omnichannel Marketing plan forLifestyle Account distribution channel
- Own in alignment with Sales EEtheselected Accounts marketingplan and activation calendar
- Execute with excellence the Cluster Lifestyle Accounts marketing plan with focus on quality, efficiency, consistency across all consumer touch points
- Create, lead and executeAccountMarketingplan in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure process speed & efficiency (Budget management, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)
- Deliver appropriate channel activation sell-in tools for the Sales Launch period
- Feedback to EE Omnichannel Activation on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness
- Own and execute Cluster special projects in alignment with EE Omnichannel activation
- Put special emphasis on a digital experience focused on a demanding group of consumers
- Excel at cross team collaboration with DPC department to deliver best in class digital campaigns focused on ROI
- Creating numerous consumer activations that will bring interest in the adidas brand along with increasing demand for the promoted product
- Closely collaborate with Account responsible teams for international banners with high relevance for our defined Trade Zone in order to deliver impactful consumer activations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of full marketing mix with focus on retail (B&M, Digital, Events, Special Projects)
- Project management skills
- Business acumen with the addition of creativity, fluent in retail KPI’s
- Marketing budget management
- Own and paid media campaigns planning
- Drive to constantly pursue improvement
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
- Professional Experience on key EE markets is a benefit

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project execution
- University degree in Business or equivalent
- Fluent in Polish and English
