Reporting to thewill be responsible to coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.
What a typical day looks like:
- Checking emails and tickets and prioritizing and responding to any payroll-related issues.
- Coordinate with HR as needed, fixing pay discrepancies or handling employee updates.
- Throughout the day, continue to check the email boxes and tickets as well as answer any questions from team members, management, HR, or benefits.
- Prep and issue instant checks/ACHs or off-cycle payments while also prepping items for the next payroll.
- The afternoon is usually spent wrapping up tasks, answering any follow-ups, and making sure everything is set for the next day before logging off.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 6 - 12 months of Payroll experience
- Strong Knowledge of Finance and accounting Concepts.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and UKG, Kronos is a plus.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts to hold up business requirements.
- 100% onsite availability.
