As our CX Senior Solution Sales Executive, you'll create a business plan that generates opportunities and exceeds targets. You'll identify and qualify leads, develop strategies, and build relationships with executives to showcase the value of SAP's solutions. You get energy from building and executing negotiation strategies and closing deals. Most importantly, you'll be part of a team where we build success together, supporting each other every step of the way.
What You'll Do

  • Understand, inspire and challenge prospects and customers in their digital customer engagement transformation while using business cases, references and data.
  • Show sales excellence in how you drive and execute sales cycles.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Deliver on quarterly business results including forecasting
  • Leverage the broader CX organisation to build pipeline and secure future growth.
  • Collaborate with the Industry Account Executive, the Virtual Account Team (VAT) and partners to highlight the value of the CX Portfolio to our customers.


What We're Looking For

  • A passion for Customer Experience topics and CX solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of business drivers and a strong network in the Netherlands.
  • A commitment to professionalism, respect, and high ethical standards.
  • Proven excellence and role model behavior.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at the C-level/board level.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
  • A self-starter attitude, adaptable, and loves working in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to articulate the key SAP solution differentiators to SAP partners as well as customers
  • Fluency in English and Dutch .


Your Experience

  • 8+ years in software sales, with at least 3 years focused on CX solutions.
  • Experience handling the full cycle of complex sales and presenting to various client levels.
  • Consistent and Proven stability and top performance in previous roles over multiple years.

This role is based in the Netherlands because of customer proximity requirements and we can only consider candidates which will not require a relocation.
