What You Will Be Doing

  • Work with the Total Rewards Leadership Team in support of key cross functional initiatives.
  • Assist in researching and evaluating total rewards programs to ensure they are market driven and efficient.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to aid in developing Total Rewards (compensation and benefits) packages.
  • Help in preparing and maintaining market surveys.
  • Provide project management support for total rewards initiatives.
  • Assist the team in coordinating compensation review cycles.
  • Support the employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and other internal teams, including addressing employee inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field – or – have equivalent experience, education, and training.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of required experience in a Compensation / Benefits Analyst role with a global company.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting, Google Suite a plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Project Management experience is a plus!
  • Exposure to ESG & Sustainability initiatives is a plus!
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:

$74,200—$117,400 USD

$89,000—$140,800 USD
