  • Partner Strategy & Development – Define and execute a regional partner strategy aligned with company goals, identifying key partners and market opportunities.
  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding – Source, recruit, and onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth integration and effective training.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong partnerships, serving as the main point of contact and conducting regular business reviews.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Support partners with sales strategies, lead generation, training, and performance tracking to drive revenue.
  • Marketing & Enablement – Develop partner-focused marketing materials, support event participation, and provide necessary sales tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to ensure partner success, provide market insights, and influence product strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Track partner performance, generate insights, and recommend strategies for growth.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 8+ years in partner management, channel sales, or business development (software industry preferred).
  • Regional Expertise – Proven success in building partnerships in ASEAN (Greater China) with strong market and cultural understanding.
  • Skills – Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Experience in partner programs, go-to-market strategies, and CRM tools.
  • Work Style – Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred:
  • Master’s degree, experience with SIs, SPs, Distis, OEMs (e.g., SaaS/cloud providers).
  • Fluency in one or more Chinese languages.
  • Established partner network in Greater China.
