As the Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving a multi-year systems transformation strategy that embraces autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI/ML optimization, and advanced simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to identify problems, provide requirements for future-state logistics systems architecture, and oversee implementation of solutions that drive measurable business value.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the development of a comprehensive logistics systems transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives- Design innovative logistics systems maximising principles of no-touch autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI/ML optimization, and simulation capabilities- Serve as the main liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements- Drive organisational change initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes- Develop cases and ROI analyses to secure executive consensus and investment for transformation initiatives- Oversee implementation of logistics systems solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic vision- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the logistics technology roadmap- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience leading technology transformation initiatives or large-scale system implementations
- Demonstrated knowledge of logistics systems and technologies, including TMS, WMS, and visibility platforms
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps and driving organizational change
- Solid understanding of systems integration and data management principles
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
