10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related analytical/technical marketing role
2+ years leading high-performing teams (5+ preferred)
Expertise in marketing measurement, analytics, and technical infrastructure for performance tracking (e.g., martech, adtech)
Proven ability in executive-level reporting and communication
Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field
Experience managing global teams or working in a global capacity
Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of marketing analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools, including martech/adtech or automation tools
Familiarity with program management for large-scale, global, or seasonal campaigns
Solid knowledge of investment strategies, budgeting, and marketing forecasting on a global scale
Skilled at influencing and collaborating across departments and leadership levels
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive operational efficiency
