Key Responsibilities:Technical Vision & Strategy: define the team’s vision and technical roadmap, with a focus on operational efficiency, scalability and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing analytics, or a related technical marketing role
2+ years leading high-performing teams (5+ preferred)
Expertise in marketing technology (martech, adtech), measurement frameworks, and marketing automation
Proven ability in executive-level reporting and communication
Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field
Proficiency in Google Analytics, CDPs, marketing automation platforms, and CMS.
Demonstrated experience in the procurement, onboarding, and management of MarTech tools and platforms.
Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques for campaign optimization and marketing automation.
Solid knowledge of investment strategies, budgeting, and marketing forecasting on a global scale
Skilled at influencing and collaborating across departments and leadership levels
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive operational efficiency
