We are looking to hire a dynamic Digital Service Experience Manager to drive our installation service growth in Germany. The role will manage the operational complexity of improving our Tire and Parts install service experience alongside design, testing, launch, iteration, and scaling. An end to end holistic approach to manage this initiative is required, including securing leadership buy-in and alignment, owning success metrics, deep diving on opportunity areas, and communicating progress and further improvement levers. It is well-suited for someone who is self-motivated and has a high degree of ownership.

The role reports into the Head of Tires & Parts Installation at eBay Motors. Some travel in Germany will be required.

What you will accomplish:

  • Influence and execute a strategy for the category portfolio in a cross-organizational context

  • Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to design, launch, and scale new product experiences

  • Analyse inventory insights, product trends, market data, industry dynamics, buying trends and the competitive landscape to assess growth opportunities and product improvements

  • Own key metrics and scorecard development, communicating progress and growth opportunities to leadership

  • Evolve the value proposition of our installation offerings to better serve buyers, sellers, and workshop needs

  • Build leadership buy-in and cross-functional support

  • Manage business performance based on defined KPIs

What you will bring:

  • English and German language fluency

  • 5+ years of experience in (online) retail or B2B area, preferably in Business & Industry categories like Tools, Professional Equipment and Building Materials

  • Ability to influence a strategy and turn it into action

  • Ability and drive to work tactically as well as strategically to drive business performance

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in large or small group settings

  • Ability to build rapport to internal and external stakeholders of any level (from operations to C-Level)

  • Great attitude with strong social skills

  • Very good analytical skills / thinking
