We’re seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive growth by bringing high-quality automotive inventory to the eBay platform. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new partners. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to engage decision-makers. You’ll work both remotely and in the field, with 25-40% travel to connect directly with dealerships, fleet operators, and other key automotive businesses.
What you will accomplish:Build a balanced pipeline of prospects to consistently meet and exceed target revenue
Prospect and qualify leads, communicating the eBay value proposition and getting contractual commitments
Ability to travel 25-40% of the time
Form relationships across dealership organizations via in person visits, telephone, webinar, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the eBay value proposition relevant to the eBay Motors business vertical.
Document all communication with sellers in an accurate and timely manner in established CRM systems - ensuring highlights are communicated and understood by internal partners.
Set appropriate dealer expectations around the integration process and account management support, ensuring a smooth transition of new sellers to the account management team.
4+ years of full cycle business to business sales experience.
Automotive industry experience a plus.
Salesforce experience a plus
Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written English.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong bias for action
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
