What you will accomplish:
Scoping, defining, and planning long-term strategic projects in collaboration with a range of internal and external partners
Identifying and driving progress against milestones, and identifying opportunities to accelerate progress while managing risk
Developing relationships with commercial partners and ecosystem players, as well as internal colleagues across multiple teams
Understanding and addressing seller and buyer needs and concerns within the segment
Developing a deep understanding of business performance, underlying drivers, and opportunities for growth within Germany
Build and own executive-ready presentations on strategy and operational updates
What you will bring:
Demonstrated ability to project manage a cross-functional group of peers and lead through influence
Fluency in German
Data-driven approach to planning and decision making, and adept with data and analytics
Organized problem solver who balances attention to detail with efficiency
5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a corporate strategy role at a major corporation preferred, but not required
Industry experience in the salvage/recycled, collision/repair, or other automotive segments preferred, but not required
BA/BS required
