Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and execute team-building activities, company events, and employee recognition programs.
- Manage administrative tasks related to HR, such as maintaining employee records, financial tracking, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth off-boarding experience.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth logistical support for employee-related programs.Oversee the ordering and management of new inventory, including office supplies and employee gifts.
- Curate and distribute employee gifts and swag for various occasions, such as work anniversaries, holidays, and milestones.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and department heads to align on company culture initiatives and policies.
- Manage our company’s internal communications, including company announcements, holiday cards, updating internal message boards etc.
