Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Organize and execute team-building activities, company events, and employee recognition programs.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to HR, such as maintaining employee records, financial tracking, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring a smooth off-boarding experience.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure smooth logistical support for employee-related programs.Oversee the ordering and management of new inventory, including office supplies and employee gifts.
  • Curate and distribute employee gifts and swag for various occasions, such as work anniversaries, holidays, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and department heads to align on company culture initiatives and policies.
  • Manage our company’s internal communications, including company announcements, holiday cards, updating internal message boards etc.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience with event planning and employee recognition programs is a plus.
  • English fluency is a must.
