As a Microsoft Datacenter IT Operations Manager (ITOM), you will lead and manage a team of managers and individual contributors in charge of logistics, area management, and technicians. You will manage data center site services and logistics across two buildings.

• 5+ years of experience working with physical IT infrastructures OR Critical Infrastructure environment.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years experience leading a 13+ technical team.
• Fluent in English in both written and spoken form.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Able to work on site 80% of the time in Rio de Janeiro.

• Initiate and establish quality standards for the Datacenter teams and manage those initiatives through to completion.
