Your Impact- Work closely with the GM and operations leaders to understand and adjust business objectives.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies in collaboration with the GM and operations leaders.
- Oversee and be ultimately accountable for the commercial team's negotiation strategies and progress toward business objectives.
- Train and develop the commercial team’s capabilities in negotiation, executive relationship management, and other key areas.
Basic Qualifications- Proven experience in strategic deal-making at the C-suite level.
- Strong track record in C-suite relationship management.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to navigate a fast-moving industry.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a commercial or deal-making team.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the CPG, food, retail, or B2C internet industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing a commercial, sales, or deal-making team.
- Experience managing a business with P&L ownership.
