Set Strategy & Drive Growth : Own the roadmap. Build and execute scalable sales strategies that hit revenue targets and unlock new opportunities.
Build & Elevate the Team : Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team - coaching, developing, and pushing boundaries together.
Operate Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with strategy, ops, merchandising, delivery, and more to make ambitious projects happen.
Be a Thought Leader : Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Uber as a voice in the quick commerce space.
What You'll Need
6+ years in Sales, Commercial, or Business Development, ideally in E-commerce, Retail, or CPG.
3+ years managing high-performing sales teams.
Deep knowledge of the EMEA Retail market and a strong commercial instinct.
A proven track record of navigating matrix organizations and delivering results.
Strong project management skills - you know how to keep complex initiatives moving.
Data-driven and analytical; you make decisions that move the needle.
Excellent English communication skills (bonus points for other European languages).
CRM-savvy - especially with Salesforce and managing pipelines across your team.
