What You'll Do

  • Lead the Charge : Manage our commercial efforts in key EMEA markets, building strong partnerships with top-tier Retail & Grocery leaders.

  • Set Strategy & Drive Growth : Own the roadmap. Build and execute scalable sales strategies that hit revenue targets and unlock new opportunities.

  • Build & Elevate the Team : Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team - coaching, developing, and pushing boundaries together.

  • Operate Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with strategy, ops, merchandising, delivery, and more to make ambitious projects happen.

  • Be a Thought Leader : Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Uber as a voice in the quick commerce space.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years in Sales, Commercial, or Business Development, ideally in E-commerce, Retail, or CPG.

  • 3+ years managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Deep knowledge of the EMEA Retail market and a strong commercial instinct.

  • A proven track record of navigating matrix organizations and delivering results.

  • Strong project management skills - you know how to keep complex initiatives moving.

  • Data-driven and analytical; you make decisions that move the needle.

  • Excellent English communication skills (bonus points for other European languages).

  • CRM-savvy - especially with Salesforce and managing pipelines across your team.
