What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the HCLS business relationship with major GSI partners so that they incorporate NVIDIA technology into their Accelerators and Solutions, helping them evolve into extraordinary partners for providing HCLS AI enabled Services.

  • Work with the HCLS leadership teams of GSIs to define and execute a clear strategy for joint solutioning and successful GTM.

  • Devise enablement plans GSIs to improve their developers’ abilities on GPU accelerated computing and to advance our mutual thought leadership in the market through joint publications and case studies.

  • Act as a liaison between GSIs and NVIDIA’s HCLS Solution Architects to run PoCs, help with porting platforms and respond to RFQs.

  • Define Business goals, track and report progress and work on joint GTM plans to grow our HCLS business together.

  • Act as the extension of the sales teams of GSIs and NVIDIA to identify Top accounts for joint engagement.

What we need to see:

  • 15+ years of demonstrated ability in a sophisticated Sales or Partner business management environment, with a strong understanding of technology and a keen sense for business.

  • 10+ years of running large GSIs globally.

  • High energy with effective communication and written skills.

  • Experience and flair in addressing senior leaders and large audience.

  • Proactive, creative, flexible and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Familiarity with modern computing techniques and the ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve the needs of demanding technology companies.

  • Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services and successful track record of driving GTM of these services through GSI partners.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, specifically the key applications and workflows that leverage Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI.

  • Passion for winning, a solid interest in business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members.

  • Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable.

  • Comfortable defining and implementing complex program schedules with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and deliverables.

  • Proven track record of balancing multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
