Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Participate in the development of strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver amazing customer experiences- Establish and manage the technical product roadmap related to Delivery & Fulfillment, working to ensure alignment across the business needs and technical feasibility- Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities- Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 4+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
- Experience with technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience delivering against multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies
- Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
- Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies
- Exposure to new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
- Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
